Dr. Daniel Muasya and other UPEI’s Queen Elizabeth Scholars hosted by Lieutenant Governor Antoinette Perry (Queen Elizabeth provincial representative) of Prince Edward Island, Canada. The luncheon at Government House was to celebrate the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship Program and the University of Prince Edward Island’s Queen Elizabeth Scholars.
